As an active adult you’ve worked hard to enjoy the luxury of vacation living, and we understand your time at Retreat on Stony Creek is precious. You’re not here to complete a list of maintenance chores.  Instead of finding and paying for maintenance services individually, our community members pool these costs and use shared services. This keeps the total cost of home maintenance down and ensures all services are provided by licensed, insured and experienced professionals. Our maintenance-free living plan also gives you that much less to worry about; no hiring or firing of providers or wondering if you’re getting the maintenance you’re paying for.

 

At Retreat on Stony Creek, we offer two HOA options.  One option is for those that want to do their own home maintenance.  These fees cover all the shared costs to maintain the common areas of the subdivision.  The second HOA option is our Maintenance-Free program.  These fees cover the following:

 

• All Common-area Maintenance costs

• Weekly grass cutting

• Lawn weed and feed (three applications per year)

• Bed maintenance & weeding

• Snow removal from driveway and walkways as needed

Additional services offered by our Landscaping Contractor at nominal cost, including:

• Spring clean-up & mulching

• Tree and shrub trimming

• Fall clean-up – raking and leaf removal

• Gutter cleaning

• Window washing
